I have Voicemail Pro 11. the caller call in an auto attendant choose option 1 to transfer to an extension but it get the fast busy it-te-ti-te-ti....) but option 2 is fine. anyone know why? THANKS

I used x25 and press intercom button then dial 10. it's only ring+Beep beep 0ne time and silent with flashing light utile x10 answer. it's not go any where. at x25 it's silent too.
Thanks for your advise but the phone is not in used. if the second call come from outside it still continue to ring. This is only happen for x10. when I intercom to x10 it's only ring beep beep one time than silent.
I have Partner ACS version 8. the intercom only ring one then silent with flashing light. Could you help me to change to ring until answer.
