Thank-you gentlemen for your help. The problem wasn't quite what I thought it was. I purchased the system used from a vendor that took it from a working environment with 10 phones. I have a Norstar CICS 7.1 system, that originally had the standard software installed. The memory has been wiped and now it's now missing the keycode restricting it to 4x8. I don't have access to Avaya KRS site. Is there someone who can retrieve the keycode for me, or point me to someone who...- TheManInBlack173
