okay so she tried the IP office IP address for the CallSV and the FileSV fields along with the 192.168.92.1 for the gateway because her default gateway is different and it still doesn't work... anyone else have any other suggestions? this is driving me insane considering the phone is 3 hours...

@derfloh do I just put this when I am in the * to program mode? The phone doesn't fully start up because the settings are all messed up. thats why I am trying to reset it back to factory and put in the correct settings
