My understanding is that the prompts are used under a copyright agreement between the voice-over person and E-MetroTel, so you may want to read that agreement before attempting to share them separately from the UCX. (https://documentation.emetrotel.com/emetrotel-product-licensing/)

@Belevedere My version of IP Phone Manager is 8.5 - is this the most current? Is there any reason I would need to use the most current, or should my version work for DT700/800/900 series phones?
