(hard) Shift-Delete and BES server
This is configurable on the BES.... On current versions of BES for Exchange (4.1.x and newer), click on Edit Properties under the Server Configuration tab. Under Messaging, change the value of "Hard Deletes Reconciliation" to True.- TedSki
