Where to find recordings on Aspect Phone System
Hi All! I have recently been charged with maintaining an archaic phone system here at my company and one of the managers needs to find a way to retrieve a call that was recorded by an agent by hitting their supervisor button. Any ideas where these recordings are placed and their naming conventions?- synmosis
