2856 losing programming
Hi, I'm new here and am hoping for some help. I have a Starplus 2856 system that is losing programming after power has been removed. Replaced battery with a new one, but same result. J3 is jumpered to "on" Is there something else I need to do when replacing battery? Thanks in advance. John- sydewinder
