    Call Forwarding PVR

I have a private line (PVR) on a Nortel set and it is the primary or only number on a phone. Does anyone know how I can forward calls to that private line over a PRI and onto a CISCO VoIP set? The PRI's are already in place and currently being utilized by several other IP sets connect to a...

    Can't Hear Caller sometimes

Every so often we have been experiencing an issue where a caller would call someone on the CS1000 system, the caller can hear the person answer and/or talk but the person on the CS1000 cannot hear the caller. It's happened to a few users and I've experienced it once also when calling another...

    Nortel CS1000 Basic Administration Training

Would anyone know where I can find a basic Nortel CS1000 administration course these days? Would like to send someone who's new to this system to a class for basic adds, moves, and changes. Please send me specific course as I've already looked on Avaya, Global Knowledge and it's not being offered.

    Pls Identify my PBX

Thank you 30n30w. I'm not sure what I'm looking for after LD 22 PRT>CEQU, but I don't see anything that references a sig-server. Then again I could be looking right at it and not realize. If no sig-server then it's just an Option 81, not 81C? I probably should try to clarified my question...

VTC ISDN Intermittent Outbound Dialing Issue

Thanks Jim. ISDN and troubleshooting them is definitely not my forte. I inherited the support of them and what I am familiar with, I've learned on my own. Since this is obviously outside of my expertise, we will call in support. Thanks again

VTC ISDN Intermittent Outbound Dialing Issue

SYQUEST, Thanks for your response. I'm not very hardware literate nor do I have much experience with ISDN circuits, so forgive me if I'm not very helpful with my answers to your questions. We probably will have to contact our vendor to look at this closer as I may not be able to test at the...

VTC ISDN Intermittent Outbound Dialing Issue

We have ISDN lines for video conferencing (VTC) and the group that manages the VTC equipment complains about an intermittent problem with dialing outbound (internal and external). They are able to always receive inbound calls but on occasion, cannot connect when dialing outbound. The ISDN...

    Private Line on Digital Phone

KCFLHRC (of anyone else who knows), Can you please review how a private line is cross connected on the main distribution frame? To include the Station TN, House Pair, RJ21X (where dial tone for line) and Trunk TN (if needed)? This line is going on a digital set (3903). Thank you!
