Umm...bah...? Is there a fix?? This HD isn't supposed to be working right now...so I'm on limited time!! (It clicks)

I'm trying to backup our HD which is on it's last leg, and when I try to back up (Access Codes), it tells me to "check floppy" What does this mean? I've tried different floppies, and made sure to format some of them...I need this backed up if I get another HD, right?

Is is possible to image the HD, and put that image onto another HD that I get off ebay...or do these need a specific HD to operate?

How do you backup the access codes? If it's through the admin login...I don't know that password...

Our NAM HD has not been booting up, and I cannot access the VM system. Randomly, it's running right now, and I need to know what information I need when changing a HD...like the internal serial number...? While it's running I would like to know what I should find out, and how to get to those...

Nortel M7310...can I set different lines to ring differently?

Now, I can't even get it to boot up...it starts, then the hd shuts off, restarts, beeps twice, and the hd stays off, but the power supply fan is on. Also, if I do need a hd, where can I get one, and how can I back this one up if it won't boot?

Is there a way to test that...? Is it possible to hook up as a slave drive on my desktop, and run a diagnostic and backup the files?

I just dove headfirst into our phone system...I don't know a ton about it, but I'm learning fast. The thing that has me stumped now is the NAM. It works when I can get it running, but it will crash after a day or two of running. The phone will say inactive feature for any of the voicemail...
