Hi all, we have lately come across lot of users when making outbound calls to 10-digit numbers to multiple carriers, at times the call will be presented as Unknown or Spam resulting in calls being ignored, anything that can be done about this
Hi all, I want to send a generic name out to Outgoing calls (Like Company name), can we add any such info on trunk or in system features in CM, I came across few articles which suggest if you make changes to system-parameters (USNI calling name page 8) and on trunk group (send name page 3)...
