Cancel dial tone
When handset is picked up user gets a line out. How can I set it so that user has to select a line first, then dial out? Compact ICS. Thanks.- Starola

CICS vs MICS
Hello, CICS vs MICS... what's the difference? I'm looking at replacing an old Panasonic with a Norstar. The Panasonic core receives 16 pairs via plug/jack. I understand I may have to rewire this because the Norstar cannot receive lines this way... that they need to be punched in? Any help...- Starola
