Outbound Trunk Feature in CE10
I think the OP is referring to a report supplied by the vendor Aspect as part of their CE10 solution. Their reports are for using against the Aspect ACD. I don't have a detailed answer for the OP but if they are in the Admin Launchpad when choosing parameter for that choice they should notice...- sp1derman78

CE 10 scheduling parameters
When you add a new data connection in Business View Manager it will not appear in the CE10 'ACD Dynamic Parameter' drop down until you refresh the reports. You need to refresh the object via Crystal Management Console (Admin Launchpad). WARNING #1: You will lose all your default parameters...- sp1derman78
