Thanks, This helped me troubleshoot to an answer, it turned that there where a series of power outages and power surges when this problem first occured and as a result it corrupted all of the profiles that where logged in at the time!- sniggihbob

Windows cannot load the locally stored profile
I need some feed back! Whenever an exsiting user logs into the Terminal Server through a Remote Desktop Connection a window pops up with a counter that explains - "Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. ..." After the counter reaches 29 it brings up a desktop. However, this is from a...- sniggihbob
