Does Avaya PBX allow SCN (single call not-ringing) key like Nortel PBX?
If the goal is just to have a line that exists, but doesn't ring you could ch station xxxx and on page 2 change 'Per Button Ring Control' to Y. Then on page 3 you can set the Rg: for each line appearance to n(o-ring).- SingingBrakeman
