XP File Decryption Help
I did some more digging, and I figured out that i need to specify a "recovery agent." To do that, I need either a "basic efs" or "administrator" certificate; I'm on a network, though, so the admin certificate probably won't an option. I really don't have any...- Seviien

I recently had to reformat my system hd. I copied all my files to an external backup hd beofre I started to reformat the main drive, but I forgot to decrpyt some of the personal documents; they copied over to the backup HD fine, but now I cannot access them to recopy them back to the main hd...- Seviien
