He's using an Avaya 9620C
it was working fine but now he cant login. we have enough licenses, there is no password (even tried w/a password), changed the profile, & remade the account but it still says 'login failled'

It started working fine after I had deleted the individual's folder from c:\program files x86\avaya\ip office\voicemail pro\vm\accounts

I have confirmed that it is going to the right voice mailbox but it keeps on saying "Please enter mailbox number." When I enter the extension it says "Please enter mailbox number" again.
I also looked inside VM Pro to configure a leave module for the user but the extension isn't listed. Hm....
