I'm having this same problem with 3 new AIT 2 tapes I just bought. I loaded them in the library and inventoried them and they came up as cleaning tapes.. I can't for the life of me get them to read as data tapes. They just keep reading as cleaning tapes. Any help would be appreciated.

Information Update: We've been able to call from a third site over the VPN and ring an internal phone at site 1. We can hear them on the other end but they can not hear us. Looking at the 2410 we see that the receive bits are counting up while the send bits are staying at 0. More evidence...

That is one of the issues. We can dial the access code and the pbx will open channel 24 on loop 7. The 2410 also opens the channel but will then sit in a "waiting for digits" state. If you try to dial digits after that connection is made nothing happens. So either the digits are being passed...
