Solved! When the new users were created the xp screensaver was on with show user screen so lack of activity was turning screensaver on, once the term was touched it was closing Aloha...

Here's an update. It is happening to both terminals and only after a period of inactivity (15 mins roughly). Aloha closes and goes back to the windows desktop and the terms need to be restarted...
