Thanks for the replies, I think I will have to go down the App Builder/Callpilot route, was hoping not to but hey-ho. 30n30w - I said this from the off, but they don't want phantom phones on the system and it isn't time controlled like they want it.- RobDunf

Yup, stuck using technology. That's what I thought I would need to do, I just wasn't sure about being able to route the number to one that doesn't exist in our range/is external.- RobDunf

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read the thread. I have been asked by one of our partners if it is possible to have a PLDN (or MCR?) hunt 3 DN's Mon-Friday 08:30-17:30 then forward to a mobile after these times, and also forward between 09:00 and 16:00 on a Saturday.
