Does anyone know where I can find a list of descriptions for reports in CCM6. I am working with staff members and we think that it would be valuable to have a description of what type of data can be expected from each report.- rm3262

Historical Reporting
Hisotrical Reporting (Skillset report)- shows calls recieved when staff is not in the office. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?- rm3262
