wolaaaaa!! i do not understand but i choose "Keyboard merge"option , then set up MSR to keyboard mode then works... user can swipe an authorization magnetic card to make a discount, arrange a special order, or even administrative functions in aloha... only one thing...notepad opens and shows...- rlopezelsalvador

hi, a customer ask me set up an external MSR (magtek) in their ncr p1220, aloha 6.7... i already install device, recognizes usb port, but cannot read any kind of magnetic card , i open notepad and even other program using win and msr recognizes device and reads track, but they cannot receive any...- rlopezelsalvador
