    Marc, Thanks for the info. We are running IE11 in compatibility mode and other than the lists everything seems to function as it is designed, so far. We're using a VMWare solution and will get with our IT folks to see if that can(will) be changed. Thanks again. -Ric

    Thanks for the quick replies. Next time the site's admin is available I will have them try both suggestions. As to the Viking dialer, the reason for it in the first place is that the switch would not send the "*" or "#" keys (we need the "*" key for group dialing with the Bogen controller)...
