    Just in case you didn't know you can get system manager to go off and find all the latest , patches firmware etc etc as long as you have the device configured, you can then deploy at will , doesn't really answer your original question , we usually install to major release upgrade to the service...

    Of course if you truly dont need the CM features, turn of ims on the sig group (or create a new one ) then tinker to get the phones to do what you want routing wise.

    Is the ip network map populated with the change in cm as asked above? , might be good to create a new network region also for ease of I'd and troubleshooting.
