Reassign extension
Our VM is set up to say press 1 for general mailbox, press 2, etc. the general mailbox is actually extension 0 and linked to phone 100. How can I reassign the 0 extension to be 1 instead? I don't know much about the phone system. I press feature 983 and 1020000.- renaelock
