    hi there. as the subject states, the Embedded VM stopped working after the upgrade from v5 to v6 in a IP500 v1 chassis. the embedded VM was ok when we used v5. in the system status it shows 0 channels for the VM altouhg it sees the CF card no problem. anyone has encountered this problem? thanks

    yes if someone has the fix, can you send it also to me? or at least point me where i can get them. after all the configuration, just a buggy BM32 keeps the customer from saying implementation successful

    Embedded VM AutoAttendant - Delay Ring to AA not an option?

    i tried this i cannot get it to work. i can transfer a call to the shortcode pointing to the AA but it does not work if its in forward no answer or unconditional. the scenario i want to achieve is incoming call to extension then to AA after X rings.
