Have a site with a BCM400 4.0 to be linked with a BCM200 3.7. I have 2 VOIP trunks licensed at both ends. Both ends connected to the network. Routing and gateway programming are done, but cannot call thru from either end. Calls from the BCM400 end sieze and dial as observed on Monitor...

Curlycord can the second call pilot be a basic call center? How do you change the feature codes for the call center CP to secondary feature codes?

Got IPO500 v2 r8 with a 9630G phone. Initially brought phone up as x200, but now want to change the extension number. Can't seem to get the new extension to stick. Keeps going back to x200 no matter what I try. Tried extension renumber...doesn't stick. What am I missing??

On the Avaya IP Office with PRI (23 B Channels), and DID numbers being used for all extensions, where is it possible to program caller ID to be the main listed number for all outgoing calls, instead of the individual DID numbers???

Is the DSM32 not double density?? Didn't see a distinction in the docs on that. If so that's my problem. Does changing dip switch 1 make it double density? Thanks for your response.

BCM400, 3.7 software, 2/6 split, PDD. Bus 2, 3, 4 have DSM32+ cards with correct dip switch settings. Bus 5 has a DSM32 (no +) card, also with correct dip switch settings. I can only get the first 16 ports to work on the DSM32 (no +). The second 16 ports just continually flash. DSM32 card...

Ok, if you turn on voicemail for the hunt group then calls will go to the group mailbox, but not the AA Greeting. Got that figured out. Also can get AA to pick up immediately by setting the incoming route destination to VM:AA. What I'm trying to do is a common config, ring a phone (or group...

IP Office 8.0 (standard config)/VM Pro environment...would like incoming calls to ring a hunt group (collective) then, if not answered in say 4 rings, go to VM Pro AA. How do you get from HG to AA? What is the mechanism?

Got an IP Office Basic 7.0.5 question. Have 6 phones...all off-hook to lines, except one which off-hooks to intercom,(x21 the first extension in the system. Is there a setting for this or did I accidentally short code it in? If so what's the code? Some systems call this prime line...

Tried to expand an IPO 3.2(55) by replacing a 16 port DSM (ver 5.2) with a new 30 port DSM (ver 9.0). Tested the DSM30 on an IPO 7.0 first then did the swap at the customer site. Existing phones (5410D & 5420D) would not work and new 5420D phones would not work. Just got a 'please wait...'...

Is it possible to save config on the VM Pro and manipulate it offline? Then can the config be uploaded (sent) to the VM Pro? Similar process as IP Office.
