ManDark199, I would start from scratch. if there is already an overflow group in the config, delete it. Create a new one with valid number. Then add the same operator user thats in the main HG in the new overflow HG. You should be able to see all the users in the system when you add a member...- quengabm1164

IP 500 and Embedded Voicemail
I have a IP Office 500 4.1 (12) running embedded vm. I was able to load the 54xx and 46xx bin files onto the Memory Card to upgrade my IP and digital phones. I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to pull the bin files off the memory card to free up a little bit of space?- quengabm1164
