Ski.. The file must have been corrupt! Went to SFC and restored file diskw95.cpl to c:/win/system, and wa-la it worked, now have display icon in control panel, and can access settings for resolution and everthing else..But still can't get anything from desk top-{Properties},oh well at least I...- proguide

Ski..The Display icon doesn"t appear in control panel,plus when I click on properties after double clicking desk top, nothing happens.In control panel the only Icon nearest to display is desktop themes??? thanks. torturedmind....It's A home P.C. Seems I can't access my display icon in control panel... because there isn't any, or by right clicking on properties.When I right click properties nothing happens.I would like to change my resolution on my monitor.Any help would be appreciated,thanks- proguide
