MS SQL DB Delay on reboot.....
Hola. When the server (2003 Server) is rebooted, the SQL DB is not available for 5 to 7 minutes. This causes issues for an application running as a service that pulls configuration info from the DB - without the DB being available, the configuration is not available and the app goes haywire...- poodlepumper
