transfer to an extension that is forward, fails
Calls are failing to transfer to a set that is forward to a cell phone. Just gives a fast busy when try to transfer. Forward works fine, only fails on the transfer. Is there a code to change on the transferring phone or the one that is forwarded? What is that code?- polecat31

Can I save voicemail messages to an external device with Call Pilot
according to Avaya this will work for new voicemails, but is not retroactive. Was just wondering if there was a trick, to bulk send a fold to perhaps a thumb drive. Thank you.- polecat31

Have a CS1000 7.5 with call pilot. A department has a full mailbox (100 Messages) and wants them saved to an external device. Can this be donw? And how?- polecat31
