In mail merge recipients, click the header of the field that you want, this will sort the field alphabetically. Hope this is what you want- plumbob2

Word (XP) Highlight Colours
Hi Guys Hope you can help. How can I use a different highlight colour (for highlighting text) other than the 15 colours available from the highlight pen drop down menu? I am wanting to pick a shade in a similar way that you can from the font colour drop down menu. Thanks- plumbob2
