Hello SP4 is available to me but when I try to downlaod it, it keeps telling me that I havn't agreed to the terms and conditions but can't find where they are. Automatic updates keeps telling me they are available but when I try to do them it just hangs and I have to use task manager to leave...

A colleague has loaded GoLive, don't know why as he will never be able to us it. Problem is I am unable to remove it using add/remove programmes (it won't let me). I'll be honest, I am not qualified enough to remove it any other way without help. Can someone point me in the right direction...
