Cody64, Thank you very much for your detailed breakdown, really appreciate your expertise. We have solved it, for some reason the default 9CZ dial plan was not excepting an international number to be dialled. A new entry was created 900CZ and now all is working!!! Many thanks for all your...

Siemens Openscape Office MX - Won't allow International Dialing??

I can try another US number no problem, but It has exactly the same effect when dialling the Hong Kong International Airport. No International numbers are working, all phones are affected and they all provide a single long beep before dropping the call once the number has been dialled.

Siemens Openscape Office MX - Won't allow International Dialing??

sbcsu, Do you mean the line provider? If so I have already contacted them and they have confirmed that there is no barring or restrictions on the line that would be stopping international dialling. Thanks, Dominic

    DoorPhone System on a BCM400

Thanks for all your input so far. Will revist it all tomorrow morning (Monday) and I have just this moment found a document on the net that details exactly how to configure the unit within a BCM 3.6 software fit. Reading the document(s), the KSU wiring is polarity insensitive so it don't matter...

    DoorPhone System on a BCM400

Thank you. OK, well that is 1 thing correct, we have it on a digital port. The thing that may be a gotcha for me is that I beleive Pins 4 and 5 on the Cat5 panel within a stuctured wiring closet which go back to the the BCM400 are the pins we should be using. Can you confirm this please. Also...
