We have solved it, for some reason the default 9CZ dial plan was not excepting an international number to be dialled.
A new entry was created 900CZ and now all is working!!!

I can try another US number no problem, but It has exactly the same effect when dialling the Hong Kong International Airport.
No International numbers are working, all phones are affected and they all provide a single long beep before dropping the call once the number has been dialled.

Do you mean the line provider? If so I have already contacted them and they have confirmed that there is no barring or restrictions on the line that would be stopping international dialling.

We are able on another site I work at to dial the office depot freephone number from the UK and also hong kong international airport without issue, which we were using to test to see if the numbers were indeed live or actually working.

Reading the document(s), the KSU wiring is polarity insensitive so it don't matter...
Thank you. OK, well that is 1 thing correct, we have it on a digital port. The thing that may be a gotcha for me is that I beleive Pins 4 and 5 on the Cat5 panel within a stuctured wiring closet which go back to the the BCM400 are the pins we should be using. Can you confirm this please.
