Problem MGC
Avaya has found a fault with upgrade on CPMGS cards there is a fix for this now. We have just recovered 2 cards today ok. It is a bit of a process but it works ok- phill52

I am also getting same issues any updates ? I seems to be when installing MGCFAA19 that it fails. Seems to work ok on MGC cards but not CP-MGS cards- phill52
