I went to the site and set the date/time with the option in the top bar. I guess I missed that on my first visit, or it was just grayed out as I wasn't in real time edit mode.
I also replaced all the phones with the command 15-05-02. It was mega simple.
I also managed to get into web pro...
Ok, I haven't made it to that site yet, but expecting to be going there this coming week. Meanwhile, I opened the SV9100 PC Pro on my computer and loaded the last saved config from that site.
I found the Time Setting option on the top ribbon of PC Pro. So when I get to the site, I should be able...
Thanks. As for webpro, when I try to log in, it complains that bad login attempts have exceeded (or something like that). I guess if I were to reboot the system, it would allow me to log in? It's a remote site for me, and I haven't been back there since I posted this question, so I haven't tried...
Can you set date and time from PC Pro for SV9100. I spent some time looking for it, but couldn't find it. I found some reference stating you can change it from a phone by dialing 728, but when I picked up a phone, and dialed it, I got fast-busy. I did set this system up like 10 years ago, that...
Let's say I have a few employees whose mobile number changed recently. Now, their old numbers are being called by staff from their desk phones, who are not aware of the new numbers. How can I make (if possible at all) the SV9500 to recognize that a number was dialed, and call a different one...
I see what;s wrong:
You set a name with ANDD.
You MEM_HDD backup your data.
You go to the maintenance menu and download your backed up office data.
Then you go to the PBX and alter ANDD.
Then you go to the maintenance menu and upload (restore) your earlier backed up data.
Then you check ANND...
Ok seems like I solved it already. In IP phone manager, I was able to issue the factory reset command. That was successful. With that, I was able to log in to the admin menu on the phone itself, and tell it to download the firmware file from my ftp server, and it worked.
I got some used ITY-6D phones. Their admin password is not known. Seems like they came with the Standard SIP firmware, rather than the NEC Proprietary firmware installed on them. What is the procedure to load the Proprietary firmware back onto the phones?
I have IPPhoneManager. I have the...
I haven't done this, but in theory it may work:
If you have PIMs with physical circuit cards, get a 8/16/32 party conference card. If you are pure IP, get a VS32 that can do 8/16/32 party conferences.
Then, there is a feature [P-24] Preset Conference, where the caller / leader dials a main...
I'm in the process of upgrading our SV9500 from V9 to V11. Fortunately I have a "lab" system where I can do this. I ran into a snag after the below procedure:
1) I created 2 CFast cards with the CFast init utility, loading the V11 software and no office data on it.
2) I put in the CFast card to...
I have a bunch of DT700 phones, which is the IP version of the DT300. I bought those in like 2009. And yes, I have the screen issue. Not a whole lot, but definitely one of the main reason of failure of the phone.
Action 1: unplug and reconnect the phone.
Action 2: As suggested earlier, remove...
