Is it possible to trace an external call with this program? The 5972 extension is a CDN, does that cause a problem when tracing?

We have had a system error and we need to make a systembackup from our Sony sdx 420 storstation, the problem is that we haven´t got any boot disks for the tape drive. It must be possible to do a recovery from tape when you can make a systembackup?
