I dont press F2 and it just loads up windows as normal??

i have followed that but it just says then reboot but i dont know what to press when it say reboot so then i go to exit and save and then that error message comes up which i dont understand????

Right i have found the hp notebooks system restore cd, i follow the instruction where it tells me to go in BOOT i follow the instrustion in there then i press exit and save then then the computer resarts and beggins to start then after about 2 mins it comes up with...
