I'm interested in hearing from sites which use MIMS / Ellipse and Primavera. How closely have the two products been linked /interfaced? Are their any issues to be aware of? How much support (if any) have you been able to get off Mincom. Why was Primavera selected over other options?

Hi I wanting to know if anyone has a solution for the following We have created work orders and have linked documents to them via the document register, Job instructions etc. What we want to do now is to print these word documents as part of the job card production.

We have an issue of users charging to non-home cost centres, and other to cost centres that have nothing to do with their areas. While I understand MIMS will allow costings to any valid cost centre, has anyone come up with a solution to control this apart from scanning pages of reports.

Hi What you need to do is go end to end through the MSO100 screen then you need to pull the stock code down into the District you want to use / stock it in. This is MSO170. Then you need to set up details of the warehouse if you want to stock it. If you need more info let us know.

Glen Is this a new problem ? We are running 4.3.1.1 and it have been a problem since day 1. If you find a solution we would love to hear about it? Our advise from Mincom was learn to live with it.

Has anyone got the full details, the security of 4.3.1 is so weak that if ellipes is not better we will have to put in our own mods in.
