This is what I needed people... Log into Symposium, under Advanced Click on Voice Services Administration

I looked thru the 4 apps and don't see any of the symposium wait announcements.

The first and second wait accouncements are not in my list of avalible applications to open. This is where I change my menu prompts. Could it be possible that I need to change the wait announcements in Symposium?

I found the maintenance prompt extention and it is asking for a application ID, where do I find this?

Interesting, I have never used the phone to change anything before. Can I find this prompt maintenance number in the call pilot web interface?

I guess myy question would be then, how do you change the announcements in callpilot? Thanks

We have callpilot with symposium express. I need to change the 1st and 2nd wait annocuncements. The Wait ID's are 1 and 2. I know how to change the voice menu prompts in app builder but I don't see those in there. Anyone know?

I have a i2002 that automatically goes to speaker phone when answered. I can't seem to find it in the options

I checked and the settings looked the same. I can switch out the Physical phone with one that is currently working and it will still will not work on that TN
