ACD overflow... source and target queue reporting
My question is... with my current ACD package (I'm told its D, I just drive the car, I don't know what makes it tick)Is it possible to have overflow set to 0 so that one ACD queue flows to another ACD queue and still have the incoming call pegged to the source queue rather than the target...- NorthernPrime
