    Has anyone been able to get one of these to work with an SV8500? The NEC side is programmed correctly. i know this because our Polycom Soundstation is working on the 8500. any insight would be appreciated.

    yes the phones are dterm only and the trouble is more with the speaker than the handset however all TDM is significantly lower than the IP portion. i am going to go back over the settings in ACRD and give it another try. thanks for your reply.
