Hi Goto home directory of egate (i.e. /vol01/egate/5.0.5) then use below query to start up or shut down any perticula eway start_rib -e ewayname ### to start up stop_rib -e ewayname ### to shut down ps -ef| grep eway ewayname ### to check the status of eway Regards Naseem- naseem1010
