Thanks for that .. yes I suppose you could take a deep breath and follow those SIMPLE few steps .. but I found you can also use Revo Uninstaller to do the job - it is free and did seem to work. I ran Revo in the safe level, and then had to manually delete the start menu shortcuts. The only...- mkhh1
