Hi guys Appreciate the help. Unfortunately Ring Groups are definitely not on my version, I ordered everything alphabetically but no luck. Wireman was right on the money, Multicall got me going. Hi mate Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. That seems like I'm on the right track. But I can only assign a softkey on one phone at a time to the directory number (210).
