I am trying to set up overflow routing from a Nortel to a Fujitsu 9600M R12 via a P2P T-1 and then out to the PSTN. I am getting silence and then a busy. I am not sure how to allow thes calls to connect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks you your feed back. That is what I was thinking. Qwest keeps telling us that we need to send a different number when calling 911. I informed them that is not possable with our PBX we can only send out one number to all callers.
