    this is not going well, ci remember doing this in the past now that you mention it (the ACD) but now i get SCH0430 invalid DN when i enter the number to forward to. sorry to be such a pain.

    Not exactly, i am offsite and the customer never cfw the lines. they were working lines when i changed their dn (didnt want to remove until i was sure it would work) then i used that DN on the new phontom. i am def using Phantoms, they are 156 0 11 0. sorry i cannot pull the TNB at this time but...
