I have calls that come into IPO via a PRI Line. I want to basically forward those calls to another device. I have a SIP line setup with the other device but am unsure how to go about doing this.
I was hoping it would be just as simple as a Inbound Call Route with a special destination, if...
Hello All,
I have a lot of security vulnerabilities revolving around port 143 and 993 (IMAP) on the server that hosts VMPro. I have identified that the VMPro exe is the one using those ports.
I have exhausted all of my efforts trying to turn off this IMAP/Web Services feature. I think it...

I have come across a problem regarding calls between extension as well as call that go through my VM Pro and eventually get transfer to an extension.
The calls go fast busy with no message. The inbound calls that are routed to an extension via a VM Module just hang up.

I think I have it. The DHCP on LAN1 was giving out a gateway of itself. The new LAN2 I set as our Firewall.
Need to readdress the LAN2 to give out LAN2 IP as "Router".

Ill create another post tomorrow.
It is the Call Log on the users phone. If they are talking to the transfered call the CID is displayed. Once they hang up their call log on the phone shows the reference number for the call, 6 digits.

Step 3 was really the only thing I could do without disturbing the business.
Any insight on my other problem with the Call Refs?
Thanks Again!
