Route incoming call to another device

I have calls that come into IPO via a PRI Line. I want to basically forward those calls to another device. I have a SIP line setup with the other device but am unsure how to go about doing this. I was hoping it would be just as simple as a Inbound Call Route with a special destination, if...

Turn of IMAP and Web Services - Voicemail Pro

Hello All, I have a lot of security vulnerabilities revolving around port 143 and 993 (IMAP) on the server that hosts VMPro. I have identified that the VMPro exe is the one using those ports. I have exhausted all of my efforts trying to turn off this IMAP/Web Services feature. I think it...

    Routing Between Subnets

I think I have it. The DHCP on LAN1 was giving out a gateway of itself. The new LAN2 I set as our Firewall. Need to readdress the LAN2 to give out LAN2 IP as "Router".

    Routing Between Subnets

Morning Everyone, I have recently begun moving my VOIP network over to a VLAN. Without making one large cut over I have implemented the use of the second LAN port(oddly named WAN on the hardware). I have a phone on that network that boot, grabs a dhcp address and can make calls. Now if the...

Users Call Log Showing Call Reference #

OK so I think I found it. There is nothing that specifically says "TAG" in VM Pro but there is, under the "specific" tab within transfer properties, a Description(Displayed on phone) field. It is currently set to $CID which after a little looking around is Call Identifier. There is a $CLI...

Users Call Log Showing Call Reference #

So for some reason the call is transferred to a group with the reception extension being the only one in there. Could this be the issue?

    Incoming Call Route Recording

Ill create another post tomorrow. It is the Call Log on the users phone. If they are talking to the transfered call the CID is displayed. Once they hang up their call log on the phone shows the reference number for the call, 6 digits.

    Incoming Call Route Recording

You got it man. Right on point, it is a short code for Conf Meet Me. Step 3 was really the only thing I could do without disturbing the business. Any insight on my other problem with the Call Refs? Thanks Again!
