What headsets are you using?
Check Plantronics.. they always worked well in Avaya environment. But the remote answering is much to be desired.. but it does work. It's essentially a mic that you double tape to the speaker that alerts the wireless headset. I'd suggest working with a vendor to get sample because they say it...- Mestapho

denial event 1191: Network failure D1=0x867c D2=0x26
I'm having issues when dialing to mobile phones. Sometimes the call will not complete and sometimes it will. When the call fails I receive the denial event 1191. I've worked with my carriers to no avail on this. If I get 1191 on first attempt, I will continue to get on each retry. If I hang up...- Mestapho
