Scene detection outside of capturing?
I captured a video using another computer and brought it to my own, importing it into Adobe Premiere. I'd like to use the scene detect feature (instead of going through extremely long files to divide into scenes) and I'm not sure if it's possible to do it outside of the capturing process.
