Remove them? is there any way to wipe out the flash drives and re install them? and i was told those might have firmware data and operation systems in them. also there is possibly a 4 gig hard drive in this system how would i go about making the completely secured so there is no data left on...

so in conclusion if i delete the voice mails and the phones go back to default setting there will be no more customer data left on the phones?

i know alsmost nothing of these phone systems would there be a way you could do a step by step walk thru of how to delete the voicemails. we have a user name and login so after that step what happens?

we want to set the phone back to default settings. Erasing the voicemail the call settings etc. How would i go about setting the option back to default?

Is there a code for the phones that we could use to delete all of the information in the system? and if so how would i go about doing this? the software must stay on the system but all of the case sensitive info on the option 11 c must go.the phones are all dummy phones no information stays on them

i was given the task to delete the hardware off of 138 phones but due to the fact that we have another company comming in behind us they was to save the software and delete the hardware as for data security. does any one know the process to do this >?
